Cardio Without Joint Pain

I have been running in great sneakers for years.  I have been buying Saucony and Brooks shoes and consciouslyKangooJumps change them every three months; wear arch inserts and still nothing compares to the workout I experience using my Kangoo Jumps.

I bought a pair of this crazy shoes several years ago at a fitness conference.  They stayed in the back of my closet.  My body didn't need them.  At 50+ I need them now!

They look like playful toys.  They get a lot of stares and the best way I explain them to curious people is, "they are shock absorbers for my joints."

For in the absence of the shoes, I feel every step, every pound and every move in my hips, knees and back within and hour of completing my workout.  When I wear them, I feel like a kid (and look like one) dancing, jumping and running on the track, on the pavement, thru the woods, on the treadmill or an desired surface.

The shoes are not cheap.  But I have now thrown away my Saucony Grid and Brooks shoes for exclusive use of the Kangoo Jumps, for there is absolutely no after shock from my 45 minute run in these shoes.  Ever!

I have used them for lunges, squats, and all cross training.  Check them out in action for yourself.
