Guided Personal Fitness Programs for You!

eyeon-you Okay, we live in sound-byte age. We want everything done NOW; hence the need for rapid weight loss options. However, if you want the weight to stay off and you want to get strong in the process, you need to make the appropriate - and gradual - steps in fitness to change your body and your lifestyle to make and keep it a reality.

 

There is nothing short term about living life and there is nothing short term about maintaining a fit, healthy and trim body!  It takes work, effort and conscious, constant attention.  If anybody tells you (or sells you) different, quickly walk away.

You see, I have been working at staying young, fit, trim and healthy for over 45+ years.  I love the body I am in.  I love the life I am leading and love helping others find a way to find health, wellness and feel the same joy about themselves.

Starting Point  for Beginners Most of us get started with a CardioClub Plan. Its easy.  You need no tools or equipment if you may begin by simply start to walk!  Ask a friend to join you on your walks.  Both of you can progress with the use of the club resources and tips. Take it slow and moderate but keep it going.  The Prescription4Fitness and all the associated club sites were created to support Health, Wellness and Lifestyle Fitness programs.

Move to the Next Level If you have been working out for a while and need a little push, specific program guidance or just plain old motivation, perhaps the CardioClub MP3 workout combined with the StrengthClub MP3 Fitness Training Workouts are best for you at this time.   Consider one of the 15 or 30 minute workouts and try them consistently for a month.  Email me after the first 30 days and let me know how you feel and what you notice.
